Any reservation, change, or cancellation should be sent in writing to the hotel. To be effective, hotel must send a written confirmation. All reservations must be guaranteed with either a credit card (Visa, Master Card, and American Express) or a wire transfer. We do not accept traveller checks.
Must be paid in full 15 days before guest arrival. Cancellations made 15 – 8 days prior to guest arrival will result in a first-night penalty charge. There will be no reimbursement for late cancellations (7-0 days), no-shows.
Must be paid in full 30 days before guest arrival. Cancellations made 30 – 15 days prior to guest arrival will result in a first-night penalty charge. There will be no reimbursement for late cancellations (14-0 days), no-shows.
Every check in from Dec. 24, 2009 to Jan. 2, 2010 required a minimum 7 nights, 50% payment is due by July 21, 2009, full payment must be received prior to September 30, 2009. There will be no reimbursement for any cancellations, no-shows, or unused portion of services made since July 21, credit not applies.
Groups not permitted during AAA Season.
Must be guaranteed within 15 days with a non-reimbursable 1st night deposit. Full payment is due 60 days prior to guest arrival. There will be no reimbursement for cancellations, no shows, or unused portion of services.
Any inconvenient during the card transaction will be notified and we request your early reply in order to get a new credit card. Otherwise the reservation can be cancelled because of non-guarantee received.
